01UK delivery
We currently deliver online orders within the United Kingdom.
- UK Standard (2–4 working days) — £3.95
- UK Express (Next working day) — £6.95
UK Standard delivery is complimentary on orders over £40.00.
02Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from the UK. We will confirm your order and its dispatch by email.
03International & trade orders
For delivery outside the UK, or for wholesale quantities, please contact us at hello@ceynatro.com or use our trade enquiry form.
04Returns
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law. For hygiene and safety reasons, essential oils can only be returned unopened and with their seals intact.
To arrange a return, email hello@ceynatro.com with your order reference.
05Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us with your order reference and a photograph within 7 days and we will put it right.
